What amp do I need to power two 4 Ohm kicker comp 10's(C10) and what is the best way to wire them? Is it a bad idea to use a cheap amp like legacy? Should I build one enclosure for both of them or seperate enclosures? If I use a single enclosure do I just double the demensions? And if its ported should I double the size of the port also?
DO NOT buy anything Legacy, Audiobahn, Lanzar, Pyle or other flea market brands. Here is a very nice affordable reliable amp that will power those nicely. Wire each speaker to a channel. I would build one enclosure for both subs...what do you want though. Sealed or ported?? Port tuning is affected by volume size, port area, and port length...if you double the size you DO NOT simply double port size. If you want to build an enclosure we can help you out with the dimensions and port sizes and such
