2 12" Kicker L7s with RF t-1000bdcp AMP

hi. im ron. and im new to this forum. i am just kinda now gettin to kno
about car audio. i had a couple questions. hopefully someone can help me out.
so i just want to know the proper way to break in these subs? when will i know there broken in? and the best settings to tune the amp.
right now i have my frequency around 55 the bass boost about 1/2. and the gain around 6.
i just want to know how to make these thump harder too. there 2 4ohm dvc subs. and the guy said they were at 2 ohms. so i was wondering how i could connect it to 1 ohm and would it be alot louder?
and i had battery problems before would upgrading to a yellow top make the bass more louder and clearer?
i got some 6.5 jbl gtos just connected to the headunit. my deck is pretty basic would upgrading it make it sound better if there was more stuff to mess around with. i have a pioneer deh-2400ub.
