So ive looked around on the internet EVERYWHERE for a dash kit on a 96 taurus that has the digital heat n a/c. i just want to confirm what ive herd and that is they do not make them for this specific model.
I have a 01 Sable with the electronic controls. You are right they do not make a dash kit for that type. You need to use LOC or something like a Audiocontrol lc6I.
By the way I have owned a 96 Taurus (run over by a semi), a 2000 Taurus, A 2001 Sable and a 06 Taurus, so if you have any questions about the Taurus I will do my best to help you out.
wow stuck to ford i c? well thats cool i ****ing hate mine.. always having problems.(no o/d, low idal, ****ty trans...) anyway i do have a LOC and i really want to know if im getting the best out of everything i got or not..
Wow, really, all my cars have been super reliable with no problems. Thats why I keep buying them. They are really safe as well. As for the stereo, the LOCS have worked very nice for me in my Sable with no problems.
the LOC i have is workin alright i jsut dont know if i have it hooked up all right.. it have 6 wires. 2 for each speaker but then there is 2 brown ones.? idk what they are for. this is the LOC i have http://www.millionbuy.com/oriorsra.html
