Hey guys I am prolly buying this 88 Ford Ranger king cab down the street from me this weekend for like 500 bucks. Anyways, Ive been trying to do some research on the stock speaker sizes and locations. I am getting some conflicting results. How many speaker locations are there? From what I understand there is either a 3.5 or 4 inch speakers on the dash, 6x8 speakers in the rear, and are there speakers in the door? Some sites list a door speaker .. others dont.. im kinda confused. Any things I need to know before before installing new speakers? I did see some come with factory amps and some dont .. that wont be an issue as ill just either bypass it at the amp or rerun the wires like i want. Just trying to figure out if there are going to be any suprises before I take it apart. Anyone who has delt with one would be great help.

4 inchers will go in the dash, 6 inchers can fit the door, you have to cut, and they need to be on the shallow side if there is a wing window. Best I remember anyway. I am sure Ranger knoiws best!!!!
