Its not done yet, the last panel has been cut, but its not covered yet.
The last panel will go on the inside of the trunk lid.
It should be done by Tuesday or Wednesday

I would restore it. Thats one cool classic. I'm not a lac man but the Eldorado Convertable is one car I could see myself in.

The customer that owns the one I'm working on rarely drives it. Its an almost done show car. I'll do some pics of the inside. This is one nice caddy.

I must give credit where credit is due, this customer knew exactly what he wanted, down to fabric and color choice. He stated that he did not care what it sounded like but it had to look "sic".

So far he is really happy with it

i agree its a nice car...
believe it or not mines in pretty good shape only bad stuff is all the plastic trim (body fillers) on the body dry rotted which is very common on them...

    while doing 35mph!!!!!!!

fun car, got lots of chicks in the back and , well, you know!!!!!!!!!!!!

nice install, the lettering in the back wall, what do you use for ashesive?? thats always been the biggest problem in my installs, ashesive releasing!

3M products such as 77 or 88 or landau top adehisive? what do you use?

Eldorado's are front wheel drive. Been that way since around the middle '60s, not sure exactly when.

And you ain't lived until you seen one of those monsters do a burn out. Its an impressive sight.

My firewall would not let me on for a while. It was weird.

I use Weldwood Contact Cement. Its applied with a spray gun to both surfaces, wait five minutes, apply one more time and stick. Its permenent so have it in the right place the first time.

Hey CadillacETC1997, here are two more pics of that Cadillac. Now we had nothing to do with the interior other than putting in the radio and 4 speakers.
