    I think the amp is ok,but I think your money can go farther for better subs.What type of box are you wanting?Do you have a box already?What type of music do you listen to?Can you give us a budget for subs,box and amp?With a quick search I found 2 kicker cvr's for 169.99.Here's a link:

    You can probably find a complete package with subs,amp,wiring,and enclosure in your price range.

    you can look on ebay and find good deals on audiopipe mono amps and subs.

    i personally know a few people that run them and are very happy with their performance.

    have a box built, don't just toss them in a prefab enclosure. in a properly built box even inexpensive subs can sound good.
