New audio setup questions and/or thoughts....Am I building a good setup?

Hey there, this is my first post so thanks for checking it out. I am by no means an expect in car audio, like at all but I have spent some time learning. The reason for this post is, I have some theories to my setup, I need to know which items will be better for what I'm building or even if my setup will be good, or just absolute trash. Please, be honest and give me your thoughts. No hold barred here!

Okay so I have a 2006 silverado extended cab, with the bose setup(uq7 w/o y91). Here is my current build... the main 12 inch subs don't matter right now, as my concern is the bose replacement. I am currently designing and building a new sub enclosure under the center console. It will be made out of MDF( haven't decided if i will port it or not, obviously it will be less than a cubic feet ), and will be an 8 inch sub, not the 6.5 factory bose. I already have this amplifier to run the sub, I know it's a trash/cheap amp but that's fine with me... for now. I am going to put some links next to the different subs I am looking at for this setup. Which subwoofer would you choose for what I am building? Also for shits and giggles, what radio would you use for this? This is a super cheap setup, kind of an experiment and time killer haha. Those are my choices but I am willing to look at suggestions!!!!

Now tell me, with the dual 12 inch subs in the back and then this 8 inch setup, along with the 4 door speaker and pillar tweeters, will this system sound good? I don't care about wasting my time, I like the tinker with stuff, and this is a learning experience. Am I onto something or am I just an idiot?
