Hey guys. I haven't been around here for a while. I used to be a big time regular for a while. A few of you old guys might remember me... Haha just thought I'd pop in and let everyone know I was still alive.
I've been doin pretty ok. I bought another car recently! I also got a new job to support my expensive habits a little better! I have been building custom subs too. I am waiting on parts to build up this MTX 9500 motor with Ti basket and TC Sounds cone and softparts at the moment. I will post some pics of my work in a while. Oh, I am about to buy rims for the new car on Wednesday too. I will also post pics of that! All in all, life is going pretty swell. How have you been? And, I will hit you up on FB a little more too. haha
The olds is the same still except the front has been lowered a couple inches now. Here's some pics of it. Here is the new 98 grand Prix GT. 2 door. Got it for a steal so I had to get it. These are the wheels I am supposed to get on wednemsday or so. I hope I'm still the coolest kid on here! Yup still a kid at 17! Haha
How ya doin man? That olds of yours bring back memories...I did some amazing sound systems in that body style for years! 2 18inchers, in a very "special" infinite baffle design.....will rip your face off! LOL!
No audio in the olds anymore. I had 2 Fi 18s in the backseat. It was alright. It's gonna be a street strip car so no more weight. The grand Prix is the show car. It's gonna be getting a "special" sub here soon. Or if I can get another motor it will be 2 15s and 8,000 RMS! It has about 4k right now. 3 big batteries and 3 runs of 1/0 for the big 3, and 4 runs to the rear battery bank! Haha it's awesome!
im doing pretty good. you know the usual...work eat sleep. repeat 3 times a week, then eat sleep for 4. lol
Here's a couple pics of what I've been up to lately. I know everyone loves pics. Here's a LITTLE 12" that I built haha. It's a custom Shocker Signature series. It handled about 2500 RMS. This is a 15" DB Drive custom. It has a special 3.2 ohm coil that is wound extremely long. Double medium spiders. It'll handle about 1200 to 1500 RMS. It's for sale too! 175 shippedfor this bad boy. I got rid of this sig and basket before I built, but it was a sexy combo.
Well, I am still around here! Thought I would show some pics of the Pontiac. I ended up gettin the rims! I love em! still need some center caps though... I will be having a big build in store in it. I have 2 eD Nine.1s so far. Strapped at 1 ohm will yeild maybe around 4000RMS I believe. The goal is 4 of the amps strapped at 1 ohm for each pair. That will be about 8000RMS!! This will all be on two custom 12s. The box will be ported firing into the cabin and sealed off. Im hoping to hit in the low to mid 50s! Anyways, here is the most current pics of it that I have.
