Which Amp?

I've recently installed 2 Ripspeed 6 X 9's in my car, specs as follow:

    Max Power: 120
    RMS Power: 60
    Speaker size: 6 x 9 (15cm x 23cm)
    Type: 3 Way
    Frequency Response: 40 - 22,000Hz
    Sensitivity: 1w/m 90db, 2.83v/m 96db
    Impedance: 4 Ohms

I'm looking to amplify them as they are very underpowered from my current head unit set up. I'm looking at two amps within my price range (I wouldn't really want to spend more than £50)
    The first is a FLI FL450s, 2 channel, 450W max, 2 X 100w RMS at 4 Ohms.

The second is a Mutant MT1202:

    Number of channels: 2 Channel
    Frequency Response: 20-20000Hz
    Bass Boost: 0-+18dB
High Pass Filter / Crossover: 40-Hz-600Hz
    Load Impedance capability: 2 Ohm
Low Pass Filter / Crossover: 40-Hz-600Hz
    Max Power: 2x95w
    RMS Power: 2x60w

Which would you guys recommend out of the two? Or should I be looking at a different amp all together?
    Any help much appreciated!

I'm Looking into the Mutant one,
It has 2 X 60 W RMS which is exactly the same as the speakers, where as it only puts out 2 X 95w of power. The speakers are 2 X 120, will this be a problem?
