How to check the airspace and port tune on enclosure

    The problem with the port in the middle is that it effectively divides the box in two parts. Airspace is important, so I typically avoid a port in the middle. Performance will suffer. Dividing the box typically moves the f3 (how low it can go) point up. In a smaller car this is OK, but for most vehicles, this is not a benificial move

    Ranger, thanks for the response about the enclosure. I'll be building your design when i get the time and money. I'll post my feedback.

    Wow... a year has gone by and i still havent been able to build this enclosure. Looks like im actually getting the MDF by the end of the month. Finances have been horrible so i had just taken the equipment out. Im gonna grab the wood and then have a local woodshop guy do my cuts for me.
