the sub amp combo seems nice, i really like the sub, and the amp is solid peice of sexy, the speaker amp is a bit meh, and the speakers i think will really shine, i've always really wanted to play with these, because they are so affordable but supposedly produce really great sound.

this deck was an interesting find, ive never perosnaly experience dual but i'm not completely enept to the audio scene so i know they can be a bit wishy washy, but this deck seems like a coin toss but for the features for the price, i think it'll look REALLY sexy in his talon, with all of his gauges and clusters and such.

the rear speakers are pretty much the same as the fronts but coax's i think they'll sparkle just fine, i also considrered massive audio, alpine, polk, jbl, the normals but really for the buck i think those will produce the most sound, semi clean, for the best buck. but feedback is welcomes, trying to get this build as cheap as possible, i think it's at 749.99$ right now, i'm of course doing the install, fabrication, wire terminations, the whole shabang in exchange for work on my car ;) (getting some engine upgrades next fall) and i'm doing my buddy a solid. so comments, questions ideas, thoughts, throw em out :)

good stuff, if you want to save some more you can look into audiopipes mini amps. 4 ch is like 90ish,

if you want a matching sub amp the 1000 watt one is like 109.

only if you want to save more cash is all.. your stuff is nice.

yeah, i'm just so wishy washy on this deck, i don't know much about it, i know it's had problems with the faceplate, but idk how prevalent that problem is or anything.

then choose another deck with better feedback. lol.

and maybe more than 2 bands of EQ and 2v of output.

You can get a nice Kenwood for not much more than that. Yes I'm a Kenwood man :D I got a hell of a deal on a KDC-X994 on Ebay.

No offense but Dual is what Wal-Mart sells.

yeah it is a feature lacking, and yes, i do like the kenwood entry decks, i prefer alpine\pioneer for the higher end ones, i haev the new z130 from pioneer my self :)

yeah, i didnt realise it had a 2 band EQ lmao pretty fail, but it has some nice features. built in HD radio is a huge plus, but maybe i'll consider another deck for him. I really like kenwood KDC series. alpine has some nice decks in that same legue too, idk i'll have to see what he wants to do, audio control isn't as big of a deal these days with all the external processing options. i could easy add a mini DSP to that deck and it would be a crazy good deck :p I'm getting a mini DSP for my own setup soon, can't wait to play with it, i'm not really using it's EQ though, i'm just using it for a cross over.
