Ok here it goes I have a 2007 dodge charger and im switching things up.I had 4 memphis pr 12s on a kicker 750.1 then I went 2 kicker l5 12s on 2 kenwood 1000s.but sad to say none of that was enough so my new goal is to be really really loud.i dont really care to much about sq just want loud any suggestions
2 l7 15's would be very loud.I have 1 type r 15 in my car and it's as loud if not louder than my neighbors l7 12's,but the box makes all the difference in the world.2 type r 15's in this box: http://www.brightstarcaraudio.com/P...ted-3-4-MDF-Subwoofer-Enclosure-Box-p189.html That would do it.You would be better off building your own box or having one made,I just showed you this one for comparison.
yea Im def getting a a ported box built for whatever i get.but i just dont know whats subs Im getting Hifonics amp so i want to run at 1 ohm.but I need help with subs
Hifonics has been hit or miss as of lately.If your not set in stone on that,give us a budget(for subs and amp) and what's the max size for an enclosure.
Ive had hifonics amps and my opinion they arn't worth the time hooking up. Id recommend the type R 15's if you want loud, you can't kill those subwoofers
