awesome, system sounds great now. Not as much bass all the time, but it sounds great now. However another problem arose. Now when i turn it up, whatever is producing the bass cuts out sometimes. My settings were just as you said LP and 80 HZ. Any ideas here? The best I can describe it, while its pounding, it'll randomly miss one and its just music an no bass. IDK if that would be the amp cutting out, or the subs.

It sounds to me that the amp is cutting out.Maybe better power and ground wires are your culprit. For now you can just turn your gain down little by little until you have no more cutting out.

    gain?

I'm new, the gain is what I have right now at like 80 HZ?

That's not the gain,it's the lp(low pass) filter. The gain is marked left gain and right gain on your amp.Try turning them both down a little, but make sure you turn them down the same amount. If the gain is too high,it'll cut out for a bit and distort. When you can do so,you need a solid 8 gauge amp kit.Power and ground should be the same size.Good luck.

You will need a very small screwdriver to set the gains on that amp, I remember it being a pain if you didnt have one that small. Just make sure you set both sides exactly the same.
