I need some help . I have a 55 chevy and don't really have a place for a stereo, so my thought is to put an amp in the trunk and just use an ipod. I'm not sure if I can do this and if I can what would be a good amp for this? Basically what I'm asking is what would I need for this setup( amp, cord for ipod, etc)? I'm only running a pair of 6x9 three ways in the rear. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob.
I had a deck inside the glove box but I really don't like it there. I want something that I can throw under the seat when I'm not using it. Maybe even a cd player in the trunk that I can control with a remote. The problem with a hotrod is modern stereo equipment looks out of place in them. Any help would be appreciated.
Interesting Idea, I wonder if it will work. It should. So you will need a small amp to power your speakers. I figure any amp should work. Next you will need an iPod to RCA cable, that should be no problem. http://www.amazon.com/Cables-4-Feet-Stereo-Connector-Cable/dp/B000JG3WBY/ref=dp_cp_ob_e_title_0 The only thing is you won't be able to charge you iPod. I'm sure there are other options. I wonder?? This might work A better cable option might be the PAC Audio part http://www.pac-audio.com/productDetails.aspx?ProductId=632&CategoryID=45
