Ok jonny, ya got to tell me how the hell do you move files from limewire to wmp??? I have windows 7 if that makes any difference. Please be specific with instructions if you could, you know us old senior citizens have problems with this new technology.

Thanks anyway Jonny, someone else told me about using itunes also, ill check into it.

 

its easy fstfrvo.... go into options... under the library tap there should be a folders thing like monitor folder then another window pops up... you click add then add the folder where your limewire is at and it will all come on over.

 

I figured out that if you save library it asks you where to save it to, browse and choose desktop, exit limewire and all the songs are there on your desktop, then open wmp and drag the songs over, then delete the files when finished. But ill try your way though, when you say options, are you referring to the little box in the bottom right corner?

 

no like the preferences.... under file on one of the top left tabs... I have the new wmp... once you set it up it updates automagically
