Should I offer Free Shipping

Once again Mike is at the top of his game....I feel a big come back!

 

I think this is the Best option. Advertising free shipping does get many customers cuz of the word FREE, but you are not able to charge the lowest price out there which turns away customers. I think you should have some sort of campaign whre you advertise "You always get the lowest shipping prices" or "We work hard to make shipping as painless as possible" and use the techniqe that you just stated where you shipp from the closest location to the customer. and MAKE this known in the "about us" or "policies" are of the site. That way, everybody WINS!!! B)

 

the thing that brought me to this site like 2 years ago was the fact that the prices were low it think it would be good to state the total price as "After Shipping" then when you go ahead and price match ppl will take that into consideration as long as they're not dumb and all purchases exceeding $500 should get free shipping or something like that

 

doesn't sound like the words "price matching" and "free shipping" should be put in the same sentence. :lol:

 

I don't care if you charge for shipping, but:

1) NO handling charges
2) SAME day shipping, or NEXT day shipping if not possible. If not possible because you dont have item, email the person who ordered it and tell them.
3) Respond to emails in a reasonable amount of time.

that's all I want. (Not saying you dont, i've not ordered from you yet)

Really though, do either "free" or bust a zebaudio and charge like 6.95 for shipping on everything, or any fixed

price
