did my amp fry?

so i currently have 2 12" insignia subs hooked up to a 2400 watt insignia amp, and last night i was casually bumping when the bass abruptly went out and i smelt a strong burning smell.

when i went back to look and see what it was i initially thought it was my ground, since i was having problems with that sparking and going out before. but whenever the ground went out before, the amp would go into protection mode until it was fixed, and now there seems to be no power whatsoever running to the amp, (i.e., neither power or protection light is on) and no fuses are blown.

any input would be greatly appreciated.

You checked ALL the fuses, Near the battery, dist block and in the amp itself?

sorry for the long response time I was at work, but yeah i've checked all fuses except for in the amp itself because i do not know how to get to the fuses inside it. i'm trying to find the exact model of my amp online but i cant seem to find it anywhere. would these fuses be easy to find, perhaps on the side or bottom where they are easily accessible?

    feedback appreciated. : D

I dont know what model amp you have but the one I looked at online showed the fuses just to the left of the power, ground connections.
