I tried running a search for this ManInBlack fella. Here's the top half of the e-mail You have received a new private message at Car Audio Forum from ManInBlack, entitled "Please, take into account..". So, is this a legit message? or... Find it kind of odd how i received the message stating ive got a new PM, i log into my account here on CAF, and theres no messages... :mellow:
Yeah i searched for the username here on the board and found nothing. Edit: Ive got the same head unit in our golf cart, you like yours?
dont trust it. i looked and havent found him. i guess he did get deleted fast. its just a link to a pc scanner site. wont work on my comp...its a mac.

well his status showed banned but i banned him again and he showed up in my band list. i tried to send him a message to **** off but he had it set to not receive messages.
I just registered yesterday, and found the same email this morning. I did have a PM in my inbox here, with the same junk. I've gotta admit, I almost closed out my account - I've got enough spam issues. However, it looks like it's been handled. Based on what I saw on a quick search for car audio forums yesterday, this place seems to have fewer problems than most. I applaud the admin(s) for staying on top of those buggers.
