   looking for some of these as i found a new way to wire up a stereo without having to use black tape or those little screw caps.
   
   
   
   so that it looks like this. the only reason that black tape is there is to hold the wires i dont use from the deck into a group.

   i believe those are male connectors. you can try wal mart/ radio shack
