Can this be done?

    ok i have a buddy who wants two put two 4-channel amps in his car. One for the midrange drivers and the other for the highs. how can this be wired up?:unsure: or if it's possible to do that?:confused:

    it can be done. he will need a few Y adaptors tho. to split the left and right signals.

    or if they have a pass through rca out then that way is easier.

    is he planning on running both as 4 ch's or as 2 big 2 ch's?

    he wants to have it at four channels. so im guessing 1)the two rca's from the head unit to the first amp. 2) then from the pass. outputs of the first amp to the second, but connected to y-adapters to get the full four channels: is that how it goes?

    or y adapters on the front amp then y adapters on the rear amp. either way should work.
