audiopipe for value and power, but thats at 2 ohm mono. 300 for 3k is nice. i know 2 guys that run these. AQ for 1 ohm stability and 16v rating. power to size rating. 18 inches as opposed to the Audiopipes 30 inch length. and overall quality. it just looks better than the AP. cost more than the AP too for the power. hifonics has a small foot print too but cost as much as the AQ and not 16v stable like it. ive heard they dont do rated power, but most will never do rated due to impedance rise and lack of voltage to properly feed them. so if it was me, and i have been contemplating it. ib go for the 3000d for the money, but!! i would do the AQ cause i like the looks of it and has a smaller frame and a matching 4ch. as do the others, but really i like the looks of the AQ. and 2 of their amps would fit on my seat back.
pedro pretty much said it all. i choose audioque for a good, quality product thats going to do rated.
I'm thinkin they are all awesome amps! I wanna buy one of those audiopipes! All my money is going into motor parts and rims right now though!
just so ul no the hifonics gen25 series amps, for example(collosus, thor.maximun, sampson, goliath,)are all good for upto 18.5vdc.the brutis, and the other ones would go away pretty fast if they saw anything close to 16vdc.also the us amps (AX) series can handle a conseridable amount more of input voltage.at worldfinals 3 years ago they had a guy shooting rite at 28 volts and almost 50volts to the imputs.granted it didnt last very long but it lasted long enough to give him a 158+ where everyone else with an almost identicle set upwas around the 146,147 mark.
