Anyone used or listened Zapco i-4100 ??

    Hi

    It is really difficult the find any reviews regarding this amp.

    Do you have any idea how it sounds or etc ?

    I have JL Audio a4300 amp and looking for a little more power (jl produces make 4*70 while zapco produces 4*100) ..

    what do you think if you compare them ..?

    if you are looking at it for 30 watts. it may get you a lil bit louder but not much i dont think. I know with subs, if you double the power, theoretically it is also a 3db increase. this is on a much smaller scale. if you are looking at it for better sound, you may notice that the THD on the I-Force is .1%. these are the lower quality amps they produce. The higher quality is .05% THD which is much better. Zapco is good stuff though

    So I think you don't recommend this to replace with JL audio a4300.
    right ? not a necessary upgrade ? ?

    Actuall I dosent .. I have sold my jl .. and I do need to add $50 to get one of them 2nd hand...

    I have Morel Tempo 6 and JL Audio 10w3v3

    wow nice price on that! and gotta love the crossover too. 24db per octave is nice. my M44 has very close to the same specs. mine has .02 THD. very clean sound.

    This is less powerfull than the a4300 .. it is 4*50 .. what can I do with 50w to run Morel Tempo 6, I cant feed them even with 70w ... but The price is awesome ....

    bridge that sucker to the fronts and its 200x2 at 4Ohms

    So... why I ahve sold my amp.. it was 2*220w on bridge mode and sounds nice.. than I need another amp for sub... that is not I am looking for.. I want to power with my sistem with one amp ...

    The sub wants between 300-350.. for the optimal performance ... but it can handle up to 500rms ... and it has single 4ohm coil.
    I can find the lower model of the mbquart here... as you have recommended but it is 4*50 which basically not enough...

    and I can find the pzi series of the crunch amps.. those are recommended by some people to because of my sq needs..

    Thank you guys,

    I have found & bought Audison 4.1k. It was actually 2nd hand and the owner is a friend of mine in our local car audio forums.
