Anyone here run 125volt auto sound systems?

Im an electrician and sound nut. I know low voltage systems are used in cars because they are safe and harmless. I also kno that 125v and 240v generators can put out a lot more power. Infact a single generator can make an 17v alternator look like a hand crank. I just want to know what the best and easiest way to do it. I figure i could use a 125v generator with a simple pulley and use some awesome concert size subwoofer amps. The best part is the consistent power supply would make for chest pounding bass miles away. so this is my new project i just dreamed up and i welcome any advice, experience and ideas. and yes i understand that im going to have to wire this up very safely and to use a circuit breaker on the main and sub power supplys.

 

I havent done this yet its stilll in plannin and im busy as f@#$.

What i do know is that a 125v power generator can supply a lot of consistent power. For instance a household utility 125v circuit can run heavy duty concert amplifeirs art 125v an like 40amps or whatever you run. so why would i continue to run expensive 18v auto amps at unefficient amperage. an not only that alternaters cant supply the constant juice the amps really crave. im sure i could easily fully power 6 12' W7s. Those bitches would be at full excursion on any song any freq. i get exited about it. im gonna use a old blazer an see how it goes. But rember u must use a hot, neutral and ground. or two hots and a ground with 240v. imj going to use a tractor generator on the blazer at 240v. Im sure thier be massive power. Im also sure the amps wont need to be maxed! the subs could run super low impedance for MAXIMUM vibration!


What im talking about is using 240v AC(alternating Current) instead of traditional 12v DC(direct current) Its more efficient and the generators work just like a worksite generator. The pump out 2 (125v) lines for a total of 240v combined. in essence ur going from 20% to 80$ effiency. I cant imagine no one else does it! Mabye its illegal for comps? but who cares? I jus wanna POUND!
