elemental design http://www.edesignaudio.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_21&products_id=36 is this a good sub? what about hifonic zeus 12'? i heard they are great sq subs that is also good on the spl side? help a audio newbie out, thanks =)
build quality, warranty, sound quality are all good with the eD sub... you should have no problems with it...
i have 4 of the older 9kv.2 subs. they are 8 inch subs. as far as SQ they sounded real nice in my truck. i had them in a ported box tuned nice and low for deep bass impact. i dont know any of the technical terms to explain them any better. they just did what they were suppose to do. play bass at a good volume when they needed to and sound good doing it. due to port placement i damaged 2 of them and took them out of my truck, but i will be placing the remaining 2 in a box to reuse them.
