I've been offered an amp for the time being just wondering if it is worth the price or not. $70 aus or around $57 us dollars. It is a Kicker ZX75.2 it is around 50rms @14.4V I cant find much on google about it, but from what I understand kicker is a good brand? what do you think.
just 2 120 watt speakers, Ive been told its 53 rms to each speaker and my speakers are 120 watt. I dont know how much rms they would require though, what do you reckon?
4" 2 way 120w max speakers. Us-audio Model - usa42zx 4 ohm, freq response - 100-20 khz sensitivity 88 db
prod like 37.5 x 2 @4 ohms and 75 x2 @ 2 ohms. but maybe closer to the 50 you said at 4ohms and 90 at 2 ohms. http://www.usedprice.com/dropdown.p...3038&typeid=539&itemid=&query=kx75.2&x=31&y=3 all i found is its 38x2 @ 4ohm. they usually name the model after their 2 ohm power rating i.e 400.1 ia 400 @ 2 ohms.
/Thankyou all. 37.5 rms isnt the max power output is it? Thats the continual output right? If that is correct than they wouldnt power those 4 inch speakers very well? Right? Is it possible to get speakers that dont require alot of rms? But still good quality speakers?
