I am looking for a few qualified car audio "experts" that I can exchange emails with to discuss my idea for a special online project. I don't want to get into much details here, but if you may be interested, please say so in this thread. I have been browsing car audio forums for the past few days as I brainstormed my idea, and I have decided to plant my seed here first. I like the people here and I think there are a few candidates that may fit what I am looking for. Please mention in this thread if you are interested, and PM me your email address. If you notice someone posting in this thread who you don't think is a true "expert" on car audio, feel free to speak up. I am looking for only experts on this subject and it is important that you have the proper experience. Thanks!
Alright I'll spill. I am an 18 yr old incoming college freshman. I have been working hard at learning web design and want to put my skills to the test. I had an idea to basically make a site for newbies to car audio to come to and receive personal one on one advice from an "Expert" as I call them. The client would pay an affordable rate to receive personal help and a walk through the steps to getting their dream audio system. The difference b/t this and a forum is sometimes at a forum, a newbie might be overwhelmed with tons of different opinions, and left not knowing what to believe and more lost than before. With this service, the newbie would be able to ask as many questions as they want until they are satisfied. The expert would receive a majority of the client's fees for their work. What do you think?
hmmm.. kinda like a personal trainer? with everything being on the internet for free im not sure it will work. now thats my opinion. good luck to you though.
In my opinion just getting one opinion isn't always the best thing. People tend to stand by certain brands. It's good to hear different views from different people and put all the best ideas to get the best set up. That's just my opinion. Even different forums like certain brand names than other forums. that's just how it is.
only thing is credibility online...how would people know the help they are getting is the correct information
