Need some help

    im new to the car audio world and i need some help. i have 2 jl audion 12w08 which have a rms of 125 watts each. i need to no if a 400 watt would give them to much power.

    Well is the 400 watt 1/2/4CH? Wat impedence are you working with. Many factors before we could accurately answer

    if you set the gain properly it will work just fine. also what slapperz asked.

    are the 12's 8ohm subs?

    they are 8ohms. would a mono channel work better than multiple channels

    both subs wired into a 4 ohm mono load. if that amp is a mono amp it will work fine if its a 2CH amp it will also work.

    i cant remember the name now but it is a 2 channel but i wirred it mono and 4 ohms. btw for some reason the subs wont work on cd but they work on radio. do you got any tips
