I bought two cheap tweeters to replace the dash mounted ones in my Jeep GC. The information with the speakers said that the (-) wire was the silver wire and the (+) was the gold wire. Well both wires are copper colored and the insulation is black and black/white stripe. Which one is the ground? Thanks,
just use the black with white strip. it actually doesnt matter if both are the same way so they arent out of phase.
yah what johhny said..... i had the same prob once and i couldnt figure out why in mattered what color it was when i first replaced 6by9s in one of my dudes cars....
