Lets try a box with these dimensions.

Start with a box that is 37.5-inches wide, and 16- inches tall. We also need to go around 18-inches deep. Do NOT seperate the speakers. They need to share the same air space.

For the port lets use 2 4-inch ports around 12-inches long. Personally, I would like more port but 3 12-inch speakers and 2 4-inch ports will take up all the room on the baffle board.

when you make adjustments on the port walls that adjusts the tuning. I'd go with what ranger says rather then the directed tech.

I would face the subs towards the rear (back)

yeah, looks like you will need some bracing in there. the question is where.... You're pretty much taking up all the available space there.

Here you go, this is only a suggestion but I would brace right across the whole box inside 3" wide. and then do some slight bracing up top as well. That should do it.

Edit: I such a dumba$$!! the two up top should go from the top all the way to the bottom on the backboard of the box. that should be enough

so bracing is from the baffle board 2 the back of the box wat kinda of bracing

if you have any MDF left just cut a 3" piece (width) and do two from top to bottom on the back of the baffle board. one behind the sub on the left most side and one behind the sub on the right most side. the the pieces that you cut would be the height of your box (internal) by 3" x 3/4".

sometimes i don't explain well, if you don't understand then i can make a simple drawing.

unfortunately i suck at drawing too. lol this is what the back of the baffle board should look like (front view) and the second is just a kinda side view. the 3" portion should be along the back but coming towards or at you. Hope this helps

Some dowel rod or wooden closet posts would work to since he dont have a lot of room and they dont take away as much airspace. Im gona use lik 1 5/8 inch wooden rod in my box for bracing.

forgot about a dowel cuz we don't have them here. lol

    That would work even better.
