I'm over here trying to find these some where and I don't even know what to really search for or what there called. I'm trying to change my 5 lug nut to a 6 lug nut. I drive an 04 crown vic with 16inch 5 lug wheels, and I'm about to get 22inch 6 lug wheels and I'm trying to find these adapters some where off the internet. If anyone knows where to get them I'd appreciate it.
