I need to know the best way to stop the rattling in my trunk. i love the sound inside the car but when i get outside the car i dont even hear the beat all i hear is the rattle. I have heard nothing but bad things about dyno mats but im not sure if its all true.

    your opinions?

lol... welcome to bad side of having subs. To get rid of the rattles in your trunk your going to have to put sound deadening material on the trunk lid, sides of the trunk walls and floor of your trunk.

Do a couple of layers of sound deadening and see what else will rattle after you do that.

most of the time its just the license plate and frame that rattles the most. I just put some silicone under mine where it meets the car and now it barely rattles, if not then you will have to do what cc said and put it all over your trunk area.

well thats what i was afraid of. i blew out a sub recently so i dont need to worry about it for awhile. but eventually i will have to have the material put in. i dont know if i will do it by myself of take it to the local shop. I am also thinking elemental designs for my next system. any thoughts on the company. i was thinking two 13ov's and a nine2x.

you could go to the roofing section of lowes and get roll of roof sealer.

cost me 13 dollars. give that a shot. i did my doors and rear panels and it has made a difference.
