I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but it does deal with speakers...I have power windows in my jeep and even with the bass hardly one the brackets rattle and viberate. I'm getting ready to lay some dynamat on the door panels here shortly and was wondering if I can put some on the brackets for the windows. And maybe some other ideas on where to put some more if anybody has worked on a Jeep Grand cherokee.

you can put it anywhere you want as long as it doesn't interfere with the functionality of the bracket

Forgot to ask. My door had two different covers? on it under the panel. One is like black plastic and the other is clear. Can I remove the clear one?The black one kinda fell of with the panel when i removed it. I want to put some on the outer part of the door as well as under the panel.I want to resuse the black stuff but to get to the inside of the door i have to pretty much tear off the clear stuff. Is that ok or should i try to save it as best I can? Also what kind of glue should i use to put the plastic stuff back on? Thanks again for ya'll help!

    you can take it off

is it like a plastic sheet??

most people who sound deaden there doors just take that completely off and deaden the whole door...outer skin and the inner one

if you want to put it back on...I'm not sure what kind of adhesive to use...some adhesive caulk would work
