How much power can my sub handle?

I recently purchased a Pioneer TS-W251R, 10" sub. The power handling listed on the sub is 600 watts max and 120 nominal watts. I planned to buy the Pioneer GM-3300T amp to power it. However, that amp has listed power of 300 watts max and 150 watts RMS. Will this amp blow out my sub? What's the best rule of thumb for amp power to sub power? Is it best to stay under the rating on the sub, or go a little over it?

i think that 30 watts over wont hurt any thing.

    it should be fine.
