Did a search and could not find anything about this company. I was thinking about getting a set of CDT Audio CL-S50A and wanted some feedback on them. The price, $99 shipped, is what is leaning me towards them. I am on a budget of $150 or less and I was looking for something with soft dome tweeters. I appreciate any feedback I could get on these. Thanks!

From what I hear of CDT I have heard nothing but good things from them. I doubt you would be disappointed.

Thanks! My other choice was the Boston SX50 components. I had a set of Boston Pro 6.4's about 7-8 years ago and they sounded really nice. I know the SX series is NOT the Pro series but I figured they would sound somewhat similar. But the CDT price is very tempting.

By the way, this is for a 2006 Cadillac CTS. I also need to find a replacement for the 10" POS stock free air sub in the rear decklid. I want to stick with a free air sub because I need my trunk space and a sub box is not an option. :) I will be running them all with my Phoenix Gold Tantrum 500.

I failed to mention this stuff was going in my '06 Cadillac CTS Sport. The stock stereo is horrible. I can barely hear the stock 10" free air sub that is there now.
I ordered the CDT CL-S50A (5 1/4" components). At $99 delivered I thought they were a bargain. :D Also got a 10" Kicker 05C10 free air sub. My rear fill speakers will be an old set of Rockford Fosgate Punch plates. I have a Phoenix Gold Tantrum 500 and a 600 I will be running everything with.

CDT makes some pretty nice speakers...I'd get some, if I could afford it
