Does anyone on here know of a place that I can get a set of 20-inch rims for a price that is not absurdly high. I know I am going to have to pay a decent amount for a wheel of that size, but I don't want to have to take out a loan for the things.

20 inch rims will cost you an arm and a leg no matter where you look. try finding them used. Go to Pepboys if you want, but I am not sure if they have 20" rims

Well... I know of a place that will sell them cheap around here... but if you purchase from them, they have to put them on, and they do not do a very good job. I was just wondering, because I am not against ordering off the internet. Even after the shipping it usually is cheaper.

Depends on the look you are going for.
You can find 20" rims, even in chrome, packages with tires for under $2000 all day long.

I found a link on Ebay that I almost purchased a while back... for my lowered Nissan Hardbody I used to have...
They were chrome 20" wire spoked wheels, with tires, for $1400.
And I'm not a fan of spinners... but these were actually wire spoked spinners, which was actually pretty cool, because they didn't look like spinners.

There's tons of deals out there.

Try scanning Ebay, it'll give you a good idea what prices are out there, and there are a large number of shops that sell online (most of the people selling rims new online seem to be), you could contact them and talk to them about packages they could put together for similar prices.

Alright, I will try that. I am not looking for anything all that elaborate. I do not like spinners, so I don't want those. I do not want anything all that flashy either, that is why I am sticking with the 20's not anything bigger.

Good and cheep, go to a Sears, if you have an actual Sears company there, then go check them out. They don't have the good rims posted on the site but they varied good in price, for some niccce ass 20" it was like 1200, and for 22" is was 1500", they weren't ugly neither, all chrome.
