Just built a slot ported box-2.0 cu.ft. @ 35Hz. How should the settings be on my Hifonics bx1000d amp?Lowpass?Subsonic?Bass Boost?

Lowpass should be however you like it...I like my lowpass around 90-100.

    Subsonic should be around 35hz.

Bass boost should be all the way off and only adjust your gain.

Anyone else have any other opinions?

The subsonic filter has a minimum setting of 15 hz and 35 hz is the max. So, if I set it to 35 hz it would be turned all the way up to the max. Is this right?

I have 2 1240W's and 2 6x8 and 2 6x9's al infinity, and I love it. oddly enough, all powered by alpine amps, but still, I would highly recommend any Infinity product, but if you have the money, go with kappa, but it's just too rich for my blood.

Yes...turn it close to all the way up...I think 30hz is okay.

There will be almost no cone control below tuning frequency...meaning overexcursion and damaging woofer.

there are many benefits to building your own enclosure. You know it's what your subs want, you get the pride, and the experience.. "custom" looks great in any interior, and it's cheaper to build your own. give it a try.
you got ranger and ramos on this one already, so you already have all the help you need.

    It's fun... give it a shot!:D

    Little sq comp secret
The lower you can get the low pass crossover . The closer you will be to the highly sought after "upfront bass" ;) :)
