Well since my old amp randomly burned out...i now get to buy a new...better one. So i was looking at these two amps and i was wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction.... My opinion personally, I stay away from pyle's.. I have seen too many burned out. It's just not sturdy equipment. I don't know about the new power acoustics, but I will tell you that I had several coustic's back in the day, and I thought that they couldn't be beat for the money and the amount of torture they would endure. But, like I said - new stuff, it's a gamble what was your old amp, and why did it burn out?
what to look for when looking for an amp look for a reputable brand as i always say "you only know better when your exposed to something grater so one of the most important things to look for is an amp with a good crossover section and a low THD some of the amps that i worked with and did very well : corssfire, interfire, mtx and there are lots more out there you just have to try them. i used a power acoustic amp about to months ago and it failed the test "badly"
