Interesting. Let me know what you think of it. I just don't listen to the radio enough to justify it personally, but I do have a few customers who love theirs... Plus, you will be getting uncensored Howard Stern B)
Yea, I use to not listen to radio at all, but I have been litsting more and more but the uncertinty is why I bought the sirius stuff from Crutchfield, if I dont like it I can send it back
ohh and this goes with out saying but I will say it anyway Crutchfield is still the Best.... Bar none I placed my Order at 2PM and at 5PM I had the UPS Tranking number That is FAST
I'd love this. I love hearing new-to-me music, and love the idea of being able to just tune into a format, and having it just fed to me. B) But, I'd love it best if I could listen to it at work, and in the car - so I'm waiting for a few more choices, something that can be integrated in in a custom way, the current offerings that do both look a little awkward for me. I'm picturing something a little more like a satellite TV system... with a little card or digital key I could just unplug from one, carry to any other satellite radio unit, and plug in and have it work for me. But I could be waiting forever, too.
well soo much for getting the sat radio this weekend I had ordered the Discontinued Unit and Car Kit and Home kit for it becasue it was Cheaper.. Appearently they ran out of Car Kits but still had the Home and Turner, so instead of Calling me they went ahead and shipped the Home kit and Tuner and THEN called me today about the back order but everything worked out because now I am getting the New KDSR2000 model instead of the 1000 model for the same $39.99 Price tag but I just have to wait until next weekend :ranting:
yes the True measure of Customer Service is how PROBLEMS are handled had they been a lesser company they could have 1> Waited for me to contact them, instead of them calling me 2> Charged me for Return shipping 3> Made me pay the differance between the new unit and the discontinued unit 4> Waited for the Return before shipping the new items or a varity of other less plesant items Now I am getting a $100 tuner for $40 They have already shipped the New items and they will be delivered on monday with Prepaid, Preprinted Return lables So yes I still think they are the best
nothing.. I was going to get XM, but then Howard Signed with Siruis for 06 so I figured I would go ahead and get Sirius Music is Music no matter what Service, but there is only on Howard Stern
Noticed a three day free trial of sirius. You can listen to it while your on the computer. If you have broadband. http://www.siriusradio.com/servlet/Content...d=1018209032790 I'm seriously thinking about getting it. Found this radio station guide handy also. http://www.siriusradio.com/pdf/streamguide.pdf
I love my XM and Sirius at work... (since I have to sell it) I wasn't a big fan at first but there is so much variety. We just got the Skyfi 2 reciever w/ the built in modulator so that will draw even more people into XM. XM also picked up all MLB games for next year. I demo the XM more than the Sirius... not too sure why though seems to how they are both great products. -adam
I dont know what would be More Boring Watching Baseball on TV or Listening to it on the radio I know I would NEVER pay $10 a Month for it though I would sooner Drill my Ears out with a Rustly Dull Drill Bit than Endure 1 min of a MLB game
