    well.... it appears to be the top of a chain-link fence........ it must be fake... he would have to bleed....

    I think the man was given clotting agents to stop his leg from bleeding. Then again I could be wrong since I know nothing about clotting agents. It could very well be photoshoped.

    Yeah... but the only thing that looks way too out of the ordinary is the fact that there is not blood.... Other than that it looks VERY real
