VIDEO forgot to turn the HP back up on my midbass last nite

    The two Kicker KX850.4 crossovers are always set to HP 80Hz... 12dB/oct
    I usually have the Alpine PXA-H701 set to 80Hz 30dB/oct... total of 42dB/oct

    Sometimes I drop the Alpine down to 36Hz (I said 50Hz in video) but keep it way down. I forgot and thought I had subs this morning :D

    Exodus Anarchy's are very similar, but they are only available in 8ohm. I used to talk to Kevin a lot and I honestly think I had a little influence on him finally doing the Maelstrom-Xs as dual 2. I tried to get him to do a run of 4 ohm anarchys but couldnt pull it off. I bet if enough people nagged... $80 XBL^2

    The CSS SDX7 is the "drop in replacement" for the Extremis in a 3-way design, but it's only "good" until 700Hz. XBL^2 $120 shipped

    I don't think Mpyre makes them anymore, IDK if RE Audio still makes their version, Ascendant Audio doesnt do the polymids anymore... but all those were in the same boat.

    AA Carbon fiber is $140 a pair I think, thats split coil, as well as the "new" RE Audio.


    I'm having amp trouble, even with all my other amps, ignition, HU...everything off except the 650.4, I get noise from the right 4.5". How the hell can an amp all by itself make noise?

    same here, when my **** is turned down/muted my sony eplod whines like a b***h. idk. I'll keeper goin till she blows or give'er to my budy. 1 or the other

    those anarchy 8 ohms are only 84 dB at 1 watt! that is really bad......

    is that cuz theyre XBL^2? HUGE beefy magnets. Theyre being used in wicked TappedHorns and MT/MTMs, but I think the efficiency has been an issue for MTs and MTMs, THs usually need medium/high motored small Sd drivers and milk efficiency like a mug
