    A lil update. It peaks at 43 hz. It sux on the meter but man is it brutal to the ear. I got a show this weekend so ill get some vids up for u guys. :)

    I got something from ups today. A xs power d3400 for up front.

    that looks pretty sick I'd do it. how low does it get? bc it looks like it gets ridiculous

    It plays down to 30hz real good. But im gona change that bc i tuned higher for numbers but since it aint doing good numbers, im gona redo the port and tune to 32 hz. :)

    Well sorry its been a while for an update. The setup did a 148.8 at 43 hz on a burp. I had some bad luck happen this weekend at the show. One of my amps just quit working and i thought i had a sub going bad. So today, i took that one sub out, plugged up the hole, and wired the other 3 subs to 1 2500 at .33 ohms and did some testing. Heres the outcome so far.

    Sealed on the dash at 49 hz with 1 2500 at .33

    In the kick w drivers door open at 50 hz.

    what do you think it will do on 4 when its all working right?

    damn! thats weird? cancellation maybe?

    that sucks ass tho that you built this for 4 subs and it does better on three.

    I think its bc they like bigger boxes. By SBN, ill prolly redo the front baffle so i can position the subs so it looks like it was made for 3 subs.

    Well come to find out, one of my amps wasnt playing at all when i first hooked it up. Heres the new scores.

    hmmmmmm? I did 148-149 in an old nissan ex cab 20 years ago.....


    you have done a GREAT JOB in your install! I like it!!


    the thing with trucks is if ya wanna get max SPL...ya gotta go with higher freqs. for the max

    They are short in length...cab length....the quarter wave will be much shorter than that in a car...might try about 45 Hz......just a thought..

    Well i got a new addition to the truck today. Its an ARE tonneau cover. I can finally start on a decent looking amp rack this weekend. :)

    It looks good,but the only ? is will it hold up to the bass.I would probably line the edges with something soft so it doesn't rub your paint off.

    Theres a big seal under the lid and the top sits off the truck some so i dont think it will rub anything.
