i am looking at some new amps and the one that sticks out the most is the planet audio BB2400.1. if i get it, it will be pushing 2 kicker l7 12s that are wired at 1 ohm. i would really like to know what people think and/or if there are any better suggestions........my kickers are in a ported box tuned at 33hz.
The only thing I have read about those amps is they are power hungry. That being the case you may need to consider adding a second battery to ensure u get all the watts u pay for.
how would i wire i 2nd battery into my car. i have been thinking about doing this for some time also. i have never seen it done, only heard. would love to get all information possible to how to do it and the best ways to do it.
