Liftedrangers new build- 4 15s

I should be able to hook it up friday after school. I will def post some install pics. And then saturday, ill be able to do a little testing on a TL just to see a starting point at what my system can do. I gota show Oct 17 called Freak Show and i wana be ready by then.

 

Sweet, ill try that pedro. Ill have pretty much all day saturday to mess around on the TL so i will see what i can get out of it. Maybe even get a few vids for yall to.

 

I hear ya Kvo. If i can find the camera or get a video camera, vids will be posted, which im sure the place that im going has a video camera.

Thanks pedro, and we all know a few tenths could be the difference from 1st to 2nd. On saturday, ill see what kinda little things i can do to gain some dbs. Im really anxiuous to get it in. Its been killing me to walk in the shop and see the box and subs sitting there and not being in use. LOL

 

Well i got some time on the TL today. I think i did pretty good for a starting point. I did a 147.3 at 51Hz sealed on the dash with only 10 volts. Yea thats right, 10 volts. I also hit a 149.5 with door open and meter on the dash but i never did the meter in the kick. I have a major voltage drop. I have 13.9 volts at the front and only 10-11 volts at the amp. Im going to pull it out tomorrow and see whats wrong. I think i can get 149 sealed with 1 2000 when i get done.

 

I would be ordering 1 soon but i gota ticket going down to wilmington going 74 in a 55 so thats gona set me back a lot. LOL Im hoping that i can take my system out today and see where i have voltage drop and hopefully atleast get it into up 12s without the alt for now. Ill keep yall informed about what i find out.

 

Yea i may do that KVO. Im pretty happy with my score. I gota get it sealed off and my voltage up and hopefully ill be in the 148s on music. I did a 146.3 on music yesterday.

 

Well sry i havnt posted any updates lately on the system. I got my volts fixed for now. I charged my rear batteries and also tuned my volt meter to the battery readings. I have the trim panels painted and ready to put in. Ill put them in today. Ill post pics of them when i get them in. I have a competition this saturday. I cant wait. Im really excited. This will be my first competition with this setup. Ill post the results hopefully sunday along with some pics.
