I have 2 15" Starsound DVC's 1000w Rms per coil... Whats the best spec SPL box for a Golf IV... Port Size? Slotted?

I'm currently running it in a cheapy 4 inch extended port box which did 143 Db's on a crappy amp... I'm sure the woofers are capable of making north of the 150 Db mark with the correct box...

our box designers haven't been online lately. I guess they have been busy.. would be good though if you could post your max dimensions for the box.

Any woofer is capable of 150 in the right box.

Please post the measurements of the largest box that will FIT your trunk. Also can you post a link to those subs with the specs??

That may be how it started out, but at some point Azn passed me up. His desire to learn and his curiosity makes him the best.

Sorry for the late reply guys...

Ok guys I've spoken to the Manufacturers at Starsound. They've advised me to build a box thats almost the entire boot size whit 4 inch 200mm ports. apparently the woofers need a lot of back pressure. I also managed to fit a 2 Farad Digital cap this weekend.
