Ok guys, its boring here so I am gonna liven things up a little. If you guys get bored at all will you help me find an amp or 2 or 3 for my system this summer. After that... We will work on everything else... For an amp i am looking for an oldschool amp that will due 1600-2000RMS at 2 ohms or .5ohms or 2 amps that will do 800-1000RMS at 1ohm. if we cant find anything we will go with the newer stuff. i dont want to use power acoustik cause i wanna try something different. thanks in advance guys!
but they are also hard to find + often times, arent covered under company warranty anymore. i think there's pros and cons to buying new vs old
how old school are you talking? some of the good OG stuff only had high 4Ω mono #'s. like the orion 2250 amp was rated to do 1000 x 1 into 4 ohm mono. it might work for you. if you can wire for 1 ohm you can wire for 4 ohms too.
as far as brands go. look at orion, us amps, ppi, mmats, audio art. those are some oh right the PG M100 was rated to do 700 or so at 2 ohm mono

wow thats a lot for shipping. not higher up than electro's amp. his was the hcca. capable of lower loads. this one is only 4 ohm mono stable. still very strong amps. if you really want a lot of poer for cheap there is someone on floridaspl.com selling a power bass 4000d for cheap. take a look.

you know what if you want different i know 2 guys that run quantum audio amps and they put out some power. dont under estimate them,and they are inexpensive.
