depends on your coil configuration. but usually a class D monoblock is chosen to power subs. what coil configuration is your sub? dual 2ohm or dual 4ohm? maybe dual1ohm?

i would assume dual 4 ohm since it says D3.6ohm which means givin a solid electrical you'll be slightly under powering the sub which isnt bad but u could have gotten one to better suit it. basically with your particular woofer u need ~750wrms so you'll need an amp that makes that power at 2 ohms. but if u really wanted to u can just stick with what u already have. it wont be too much of a loss in SPL

Would a CF VR602 be better? RMS Power at 2 Ohms = 600w

Also i could possibly get the XP1400D it gives 700w at 2ohms.

you shouldnt need a 2ch amp for one sub, thats why they are bridgeable. (i have 8 coils on 1 ch)

if your sub is D2 ohm you can wire it as low as 1 ohm or 4 ohm

if its a D4 ohm then you can do 8 or 2 ohm.

no prob. once you know about wiring speakers you can run as many as you want to an amp.

back in the day it wasnt unusual to run upwards of 24 speakers off of one amp (2 channels)and lots of passive crossovers.
