when i started my car to warm it up after work, thestereo kicked on and i immediatley noticed a serious problem, my bass sounded craped out, so i imediatley turned the subs off and popped the trunk to checkout what was up, figure it was a little too cold for the amp, but nope the amp wias fine, both of my drivers had completly frozen, the molding was stiff as rock and the cones and dust caps the same. iam amazed at how cold it actually gets in areas like this... frozen subs....
Its -11 in ohio without the wind chill. And today me and my friend installed 2 new pioneers in his car outside... Lol I got mad love for this ****. Oh and I just picked up a 15 inch Fi BTL.
Ya bro, iam from Cali originally and before that hawaii and new zealand, iam a surfer for the most part, i only moved to iowa about a month ago for a job. bad bad move from a dude that hasnt really known temps below like 50... lol
is it really that cold? I live a few hours from you and it's like -30ish. That is the coldest so far.
i know what you mean lol. makes me not want to travel anywhere that has temperatures below what we have here during the winter
