what is the difference between http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_9247_Absolute+AND400.html and http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11037_Absolute+AND300.html Does the 2 fuses mean i can run 2 smaller fuses and 1 means 1 larger fuse? Or, would a circuit breaker be a better choice? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11937_Absolute+DICB120.html
I'm using something that almost like the Absolute AND300 (same look), and yes, you got it right. I don't know if breakers are better but they look pretty good.
well, if you think about it, it really is saving you money if you do blow fuses. I think i might get that CB when i am going to wire it.
the breaker would be the way to go. i wish i had found one when i was looking. i ended up with an ANL fuse holder. got it for 20. then bought a 5 pack of 150 amp ANL fuses for 10. if installed correctly you'll never have it trip. ive been lucky enough to never have a fuse under the hood blow out.
is that for under the hood? cause i,m using a rockford under hood fuse holder. had a 10$ bestbuy reward zone coupon. so i got that one for 25.
ok, well i just got my bike back so that means i will soon be able to start working om my car again! There is one new thing going on though, I want a new cowl induction hood and the only bolt-on one i can find is on ebay. Its $415. If my mom goes half with me, I am gonna order my subs and the hood!
well waterproof under the hood is important, but water proof inside wont matter at all. its just a fuse holder after all.
ok so put that fuseholder right beside the battery and then put the CB in the back or is the CB nessecary?
