Yip, all DLS is made in Sweden. I thought the only thing that was made in Sweden was Volvo's.... lol I do think there are 2 gains on the NINe.4. I'll have to keep it way down for the rears. The MS6 is supposed to give great mid bass so i should be all set now.
a hem. might i add that those ratings are at 12.5 volts and are under rated. so your amp will be closer to 80 or more. which will be a perfect match. run the rears at a lower gain setting and a higher crossover setting(no bass) and they will be able to handle the power. my front dash plates are rated for only 45 watts......45!!! rms,but have been handleing my nine.5's 100+ watts per ch with zero probs. they are crossed over very high. they play next to no bass, but just enough to blend with the doors and rear 6x9's.
You will fry em LOL, that sweet smell of coil!! That amp has two separate gains so he will be fine. Hifonics, Hifonics, Hifonics!! echo echo.....
well yeah its a 4 ch amp as it should. set the rears at 300hz hi pass or more. like i said. mine are set to play midrange only and have had zero problems with them. so dont worry about blowing them. anyways rear fill should just have a hint of sound. it is only fill.
well, this is what i bought over the weekend. it's the older model DLS MS6, the new one's are the MS6A's. They are actually the same thing... The wife doesn't know i bought them yet. lol
ooooo...nice! if you set them by ear playing something with some good bass(not rap). set the xover till they play just enough bass to sound good. do this with the head at 75% of its max or more. eq's flat no boost either.
I'll make sure I'll do that once i get them in. I'm going to need a lot of help setting this all up so expect a lot of questions from me.lol
