    Pedro, why don't you get another probox for your orions. Surely you can hit well over 140.5 db with the 2 12's in a probox..

    my orion subs are dual 4 ohm voice coil subs. that means i have four 4 ohm coils. so if i wire all the coils in parallel. all the +'s together and all the -'s together it will equal a 1 ohm load.

    your amp must be stable into that load to run it like that.

    the owner of the show said he can build me a box for my 10 to kicker specs for around 75 with carpet.

    instead i'll ask how much for one for the 12's. in the same space the 10 is in. so i can keep my spare inside.

    he'll charge 115 with bedliner spray on it. only thicker. like 1/8 in thick.

    yup. once you learn how to wire speakers you can do a lot of diffrent things

    Do it!!! That's not a bad price at all. that's even cheaper than what you paid for your probox...

    i know. i was explaining that what ever amp used must be stable into the load you'll be putting on it.

    in my case it is 1 ohm stable in others theirs may only be 4 ohm stable.
